RAPID INSPECTION

Rapid inspection is the next generation of inspection technology.  It is emerging as a necessity for any manufactured part or device. Through utilization of Lasers, CT, and White Light Scanners, we can create an accurate 3D picture (point cloud) of a part or assembly which is then compared to the perfect representation (CAD).

REVERSE ENGINEERING

Using the process of Reverse Engineering, it is possible to take a product that has been manufactured in the past and scan it to create new CAD models and drawings.  These can be used to manufacture an exact duplicate of the original part.
